Colorful Gauze 10 yd Skirt
A breezy variation on the original. Three tiered cotton gauze skirt-ten yards at the hem, very light and cool; Slightly sheer, but with a 10 inch under skirt for a modicum of modesty. A real cross- over skirt. The original request for this design came from Samba dancers, devotees of Yemaya wanting to dance in white, then the Southern gals, asking for a cool dancing-out-of-doors-in-Summer creation. The result? A real cross over skirt for all kinds of dance or for just strolling down the boulevard!; A skirt that I practically live in on hot days. Especially nice- crinkle gauze means no worries about wrinkles- ever.

Care Tip:
Cotton Gauze acts a bit like permed hair- it can be made longer or shorter depending on how it is hung washed and dryed. You can increase the length to the max by geting it wet and hanging to dry. Make it even longer by judiciously ironing the bottom tier. Hang when stored to keep it long. To decrease the length, wash in warm and dry in a hot dryer- to keep it short store folded or twisted rather than hanging it!
